All Puppy Riot's products are made to order for your special pup! This allows for personalization and the best available sizing. The time it takes for us to make your order varies on the product type, personalization, and current order volume.

However, we do our best to try to meet these processing times:

Dog Bandanas: 1 to 3 business days

Dog Inifinity Scarfs: 1 to 3 business days

Dog Bowties: 3 to 5 business days

Dog Collars: 3 to 5 business days

If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know and we will try to accommodate or let you know what is possible.

*** For Canadian FREE standard shipping (bandana only orders), I use Canada Post's lettermail service (est. 2 to 12 business days) to keep the price low. Lettermail is an EXTREMELY reliably service and 95% of the packages arrive in the estimated time, however, Canada Post's letter mail is not tracked or time guaranteed.  If you would like to track your order, please upgrade tracking or if you would like more of a time guarantee please upgrade to Purolator. 

Due to COVID 19, all shipping carriers (Canada Post, Chit Chats, USPS, Ascendia) are experiencing more transit delays. If you need you order by a certain date, please contact me so I can advise and let you know what is possible. I do recommend upgrading the shipping to an express option, if you need your order for an upcoming event. 

Product Care

COLLAR CARE: A Puppy Riot collar is durable enough to be machine washed in a luandry bag on the cold water setting. Hang, or reshape and lay flat to dry. Do not iron. However, as with most textiles, hand washing or washing on the delicate cycle will increase longevity.

BOWTIES AND COLLAR ACCESSORY CARE: Spot or hand wash with cold water. Reshape and lay flat to dry.

BANDANA/INFINITY SCARF/SCRUNCHIE CARE: Most Puppy Riot bandanas are durable enough to be machine washed in cold water. Hang, or reshape and lay flat to dry. Iron on medium/high. However, as with most textiles, hand washing or washing on the delicate cycle will increase longevity.

Additionally, while Puppy Riot Products are high quality and extremely durable, they are not meant for extreme rough wear. Please always supervise your dog when wearing our products to ensure safety.
